For smaller businesses, it's critical to know that you can mix and match licensing. Not all of your employees may require E3 or E5 licenses. In fact, some employees may be fine with a much smaller package called E1, which costs even less. One of the things Sage does for all clients is a licensing intake review during our discovery process. We want to ensure you're not overpaying or overcommitting to products you don't need or won't be using.
Do all of your users need a full-service support package? Maybe not. It's possible you have users who aren't employees or who are tangential to your business who still need accounts on your system. They may need security oversight but not help desk access. Sage will work with you to create a customized support and service plan because those users do not need full-service support.
